Hi, I’m caroline Leggett.

I grew up in a small town smack dab between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Atlanta metro. Growing up where I did taught me early that how you make people feel is the whole thing — and that the best experiences don't happen by accident. They're built by someone who's paying attention.

My training is in directing for theatre, and it was through that work — at the University of Georgia and then in New York City — that I became the professional I am today. Directing taught me to hold a vision clearly while staying genuinely open to everyone around me, because the best productions are never the result of one person's idea. They're the result of a team that trusts each other. I've carried that belief into everything I do since.

What I bring to every project is the combination of creative vision and operational discipline that theatre demands. I've spent years working across large, diverse teams — managing logistics, people, pressure, and timing — all while never losing sight of the story being told. That experience lives in me whether I'm in a rehearsal room or a venue, and it shapes how I work with every client and colleague I'm alongside.

At the core of it all is a conviction I've held since college: that live experience — performance, events, the moments we share in a room together — has a unique ability to connect people across all walks of life. That's what I'm chasing every time. Not just a smooth execution, but something that actually means something to the people who were there.

If you're building something and need someone who will show up fully — creatively, practically, and with a lot of heart — I'd love to be part of it.
